Peak Freshness
Our roasting houses roast, grind and package your coffee on the same day. This ensures peak freshness in the heat sealed
package in which you receive your coffee.
It is recommended that you do not drink your coffee until three days after roasting, so by the time it arrives at your door your order has aged to perfect brewing flavor.
Sit back and enjoy the freshest cup of coffe you can get this side of being a roast master.

Ordering & Order Status
• How Do I place an Order?
Enjoy the convenience of placing an order online. Our shopping process
is guaranteed to be secure and your information is kept private. As you
browse the site, simply click the "Add to Cart" button to the right
of any product you wish to purchase. When you are ready to place your order
click "Checkout" or Shopping Cart and the shopping cart will guide
you through the remaining steps.
You will need to have an account established to shop at The Savory Cup.
Your account will be created automatically during the order taking process.
No checks or references are required. Once you have an account you will
be able to:
- Enjoy quick checkout using the existing information you've provided
- Track your orders through My Orders
- Request to return an item
- Edit your email address and password
- Edit billing, shipping and credit card information
If you would like to open an account with The Savory Cup without placing an order, please visit our Account
Registration page. A link to Account Registration appears at the right side of each page.
If you already have an account, simply sign in by using the Login/Register
prompts at right side of any page. To view your orders, select "My Orders"
located at the top of each page. All your orders will display with the most recent order first.
• Some typically used terms and what they mean . . .
Order Confirmation
We have received your order. This email appears a short time after
you have placed your order, but before your credit card charges have been authorized. It serves
as your receipt.
New
We have received your order. This status appears on the website a
short time after you have placed your order, but before your credit card charges have been
authorized.
In Progress
Your order is in process. This appears as a status on the website.
Your credit card charges have been authorized and your order has been sent to
the roasting house. It is being processed for shipping or it has already
been shipped. Shipment typically occurs within 1 business day. Your
payment status on the website will now appear as settled.
Your Order is on Hold
You will receive an email if your order is being held due to one of the following reasons: credit card billing issue. Or, we may need more information to process your order. Please contact customerservice@SavoryCup.com
so that we may continue processing your order.
Credit Card Declined
Your credit card was declined. This appears as a payment status on
the website. There are any number of reasons this may have occurred. If you have not exceeded your credit limit, contact your credit card company to verify your name and address information
and then contact us with updated information.
Order Number
This number is used to reference your order on the website.
Shipped
You will receive email notification that your order has been shipped via
FedEx and is now in route to the shipping address you provided. You also will receive an order tracking number and ship date.
• What if my product is backordered?
Backorders are rare. They occur typically because the roasting house does
not currently have the item you ordered in stock. You have received a backorder notice via email which indicates the amount of time it will take for the backordered product to be delivered. If you did not receive an email from us, please e-mail customerservice@Savory.com.
When a backorder does occur, your account will be held open until the order ships.
If you need to be credited, please e-mail us at customerservice@SavoryCup.com.
• How do I cancel my order?
All saless are considered final when they are sent and cannot be canceled.

Shipping and Returns
• When will I receive my Order?
Most of our products ship directly from the roasting house within 1 business day from the date your order was transmitted
to the roasting house, via FedEx. Some of our roasting houses do not roast on Saturday and Sunday. Orders received on Friday are roasted the next Monday in these instances. Depending on your location relative to the roasting house used, FedEx shipping will usually take 2 to 7 days.
• What are your shipping policies?
FedEx Shipping
Your order will ship via FedEx. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order online. FedEx will not notify you prior to delivery.
Shipping Charges
We ship only to the lower 48 states* of the United States for a fee of $9.45, for up to the first three pounds of shipping weight. Shipping weights above three pounds are charged $9.95. We use FedEx for shipping.
*We do not ship outside the lower 48 states of the United States.
Alaska & Hawaii
Sorry, we don't ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping
Sorry, we don't ship internationally.
California Shipping
The Savory Cup is located in California and an 8.75% sales tax will be assessed
to any order containing taxable items shipped to that state. California is the only state where tax
of any kind will be added.
The good news is that food products in California are non-taxable items. So anything you can consume from this site won't be taxed.
Payment Methods
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
International credit cards from banks outside the United States will not be
accepted.
We do not accept checks, cash, credit vouchers, or gift certificates.
Credit card approval must be received prior to the order being processed.
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours after you place your
order. All orders will be followed with an email confirmation. If an item
is backordered, we will contact your as soon as we become aware.
Availability of items is not guaranteed.
P.O. Boxes, APO's & FPO Shipping. Boxes, & FPO Shipping
We are sorry, but FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you
place an order and list one of these as your addresses as your "ship to" address, we
will contact you for a different address. If we do not receive a response
from you within 48 hours, we will cancel your order. Because our
products ship direct from the manufacturer, we are limited
on the shipping options.
Shipping Multiple Items
Due to the possibility of your product coming from multiple roasting houses we cannot guarantee that all of your items will arrive together. If we are aware of any delays on all or part of your order we will make every effort to notify you of them..
Cancellation Policy
All sales are considered final when they are sent and cannot be canceled.
Package Refusal
The buyer/customer is responsible for all round trip shipping costs for all items that are refused.
Warranty information
100% Product Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with our product, let us know within 30 days of your order and we will make it right.
Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of the order.
Send an email to
customerservice@SavoryCup.com explaining why you want to return the product. Please let us know whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange in resolving the issue.
Product returned without first contacting us cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We will contact the roasting house to resolve the problem on your behalf and get back to you with appropriate instructions on resolving
the issue.
Be aware that your shipping costs might not be refunded and that you might responsible for any additional shipping charges in resolving the problem.

The Savory Cup Privacy Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes
no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail
address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information
on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what
pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer,
such as survey information and/or site registrations.

• How do I create an account?
You can open an account with The Savory Cup by going directly to our
Account Registration page. Links to Account Registration appear on the right hand side of each page.
When you open an account with us, the minimum amount of information we will
require is your name, email address, billing address and password selection. You will
also have the option to enter credit card information. By default, your
account will receive emails from The Savory Cup regarding future free or
sale items. You can request to opt out of our mailing list by sending an
email to customerservice@SavoryCup.com.
Once you have established an account with The Savory Cup, you will be able to:
- Enjoy quick checkout using the existing information you've provided
- Track your orders in My Order
- Request to return an item
- Edit your email address and password
- Edit billing, shipping and credit card information
• How do I edit account information?
You may edit billing, shipping addresses and
other personal information through My Account. To edit credit card
information, you must do that through Account Registration. You must be
logged in before performing any of these activities.
If you have already established an account, simply sign in with your email
address and password. If you do not have an account, please go to our Account

To make your shopping easier, The Savory Cup offers several payment options.

Because we expect your order to ship within 1 business day, your credit
card will be charged immediately upon placing an order. For custom or backordered
items, your order will be held open unless you request a credit.
